The FGI purchases the new issues of stamps, FDC, etc. of some of the countries of the Indian Subcontinent for the distribution to their members.

Conditions for the new issues service:

The members of the FGI are supplied at the cost price. The minimum contract time for a standing order is one year. The contract extents for another year if it is not cancelled in written form to the new issues service responsible until the 1^st of July of a year.

The buyer has to lay down a deposit (no interest payable) of EUR 10 for each yearly set ordered with the new issues service responsible. The deposit is paid back after cancellation of the contract and clearance of all payments.
The costs of the new issues service (postage, taxes, packaging, etc.) must be covered by the buyers. Therefore internal prices are defined. At present the following internal prices are valid:
